Route: Moot Hall, Keswick - Latrigg car park (end of Gale Road) - Jenkin Hill - Skiddaw - Jenkin Hill - Latrigg car park - Moot Hall

Distance: 10.00 miles

Ascent: 2,900ft

Time: 3 hours 45 minutes

Notes:

Cloud base approx 1,600ft, no rain but damp in the cloud. Warm and humid at low level but cold in the very strong wind on the summit.

The tourist path up Skiddaw from Keswick, out and back the same way. No views from the summit again.
